The main goal of this conference is to create understanding and cooperation with domestic and foreign educational institutions that have interests and expertise in educational management and leadership. With the current pandemic situation, this conference attempt to focus on the challenges of educational management and leadership in a volatile environment, full of uncertainty, with various complexities, and ambiguity (VUCA) as the theme of this year's conference. The conference also hopes to achieve understanding and cooperation between countries in the Asia Pacific region.

We would like to extend our invitation for Full Paper or Short Paper submission for our 5th ASIA PACIFIC CONFERENCE ON EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP (APCEMaL 2021). Your submission will be reviewed prior to acceptance for presentation.

The Conference will be composed of THREE types of contribution:

  • Full Paper – These include mainly accomplished research results; or work-in-progress; or conceptual papers. Should have a maximum of 10 pages (inclusive of references and appendix); and

  • Short Paper – This might be a review of recent research literature; or work-in-progress; or personal experience pertaining to a particular problem, project or approach, indicating what the findings suggest, and/or provide a suggestion – with rationale and justification – for a different approach or perspective on that problem. These have a maximum of 5 pages (inclusive of references and appendix).

  • Expert sharing – These might be a sharing of knowledge on best practices being conducted, or opinion and analysis of general trends, or observation on issues pertaining to educational management and leadership. These have 2 pages at maximum (1500 words). Authors will be asked to display their work and will take part in an expert sharing session.


Author for Full paper and Short paper types of contribution will present their paper in the online parallel sessions.


The proceedings of this conference will be published online (e-proceedings) on this website with e-ISBN. 




Selected BEST PAPER will be invited to be publish in our Faculty journal (additional publishing fees will be applied).
