Presentations will be accepted in two categories:

1. Oral presentations.
2. Poster presentation.

 


Oral presentations: 
May represent completed research, theory and conceptual paper. Each presentation is 15 minutes including questions and discussion. 

Poster presentations: 
Offer a display presentation of research outcomes, theory development, case studies and/or projects/ policies. Posters are grouped by areas, and displayed during the conference.

 

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION (ORAL PRESENTATION) : GUIDELINES AND FORMATTING

  • The paper can be written in Bahasa Melayu or English.

  • The paper should not exceed 10 pages including tables, figures and references. Template for writing full papers can be downloaded from here. Papers that do not follow this template, is likely to be returned or not accepted for presentation.

  • Single spacing, with font size 11, font type Times New Roman, in Ms Word format (* .doc / * .docx) only.

  • Document margin:

    • Top : 3 cm, Bottom : 4 cm, Left : 3 cm and Right 2.5 cm.

  • The order of the paper can be as following:

    • Title (font size 16, capital letters)

    • Author(s) name (font size 12)

    • Institution(s) (font size 10, italic)

    • Email Address(es) (font size 10, italic)

    • Abstract (font size 10)

    • Keywords (no more than 4) (font size 10)

    • <body text> (font size 11, Headings in font size 12)

    • Reference (font size 10)

  • Reference should use APA format Version 6.

Please do not forget to include your Poster Code Number (given in your Poster Presentation Acceptance Letter) in your Poster.

Please ensure that your poster follows the format below:

 

  • The poster should be in A1 size and the orientation must be Portrait.

  • Posters can be presented in English or Bahasa Melayu.

  • The cost of posters shall be borne by participants.

  • Presenters must be available near their posters during the assigned Poster Sessions to allow for informal discussions with participants.
