
PRESENTATION GUIDE FOR RESEARCH PAPER & BEST PRACTICES PRESENTERS
All presentations for the conference will be conducted online via WEBEX. The official meeting link will be provided to all registered presenters closer to the event date.

Presentation Format:

Each presenter will be allocated 8 to 10 minutes to present their research.

Presenters are required to prepare and use your own presentation slides.

Slides should be clear, concise, and visually engaging to effectively communicate your research findings.

The presentations will be held exclusively via WEBEX.

Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and webcam for the session.

It is advisable to join the session at least 15 minutes early for technical checks.

Q&A Session:

All presenters will receive detailed session schedules and the Webex access link via email.

Kindly ensure your name is correctly displayed in the Webex session for identification.
