Professor Dr. Bambang Budi Wiyono, M.Pd.
Professor Dr. Bambang Budi Wiyono, M.Pd. is an education expert who serves as a Professor of Education at the Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), Indonesia. He served as Dean of the Faculty of Educational Sciences (FIP) from 2014 to 2022. He is active in research on higher education management, with several publications focusing on the relationship between emotional intelligence, school climate, and issues related to school counsellors. His involvement in various academic and educational activities was recognised with the award of “Tokoh Pendidikan Indonesia" (Indonesian Education Figure) in 2023.
Professor Dr. Yahya bin Don is an expert in the field of educational leadership and has served as Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership from the University of Malaya in 2009 and his Master of Arts degree from UUM in 2000. Throughout his career, Professor Dr. Yahya has published more than 70 research articles covering a variety of topics in education and leadership. Among his notable works are studies on the influence of student leadership on resilience among secondary school students in Malaysia, as well as the relationship between digital leadership and professional identity and the branding of public university education programmes in Malaysia.

Professor Dr. Raja Nor Safinas binti Raja Harun
Professor Dr. Raja Nor Safinas binti Raja Harun is the Dean of IPS and UPSI and she also holds the position of Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Language and Communication, UPSI. Professor Dr. Raja Nor Safinas has expertise in the field of English Language Education, particularly in TESL teaching methodology, pedagogy, and discourse studies. She has published more than 50 research works, including articles and books, focusing on teaching English as a foreign language, pedagogy, and language learning.
