PRESENTATION GUIDE FOR RESEARCH PAPER PRESENTATIONS
All presentations for the conference will be conducted face-to-face at the conference venue. Detailed presentation schedules and venue information will be shared with all registered presenters prior to the conference date.
Presentation Format

Each presenter will be allocated approximately 10–15 minutes for the presentation, followed by a brief Q&A session.

Presenters are required to prepare their own presentation slides in either:

Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx), or

PDF format

Presentation slides should be clear, concise, professional, and visually engaging to effectively communicate the research findings.
Presentation Facilities

The conference organiser will provide:

A presentation computer/laptop

LCD projector and screen

Audio system and microphone

Presenters are encouraged to bring your presentation files using a USB drive and ensure compatibility before the session begins.

To avoid technical issues, presenters are advised to save a backup copy of your presentation in both PowerPoint and PDF formats.
Presenter Arrival & Registration

Presenters are requested to arrive at their assigned presentation room at least 15 minutes earlier before the session begins.
Q&A Session

A short Q&A session will be conducted after each presentation, subject to time availability.

Presenters are encouraged to engage professionally and respectfully with questions and feedback from session participants.
