Dr. Rosnah Ishak is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Management and Economics in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris. She completed her PhD at Universiti Malaya in Education Management specialising in Learning Organization. Her areas of research, publication, and supervision interests include learning organization, organizational learning and knowledge management in education. Her scholarly contributions include publications in book and journals. Her book on learning organization in schools has been published by DBP and the other two are have been approved for publication. She wrote a few articles in national and international journals. She reviewed a few books and has been appointed as reviewer for Jurnal Kepimpinan Pendidikan (JuPiDi-UM), Jurnal Kinabalu (UMS), World Applied Science Journal (WASJ), International Journal of Advanced Corporate Learning (iJAC), International E-Journal of Advances in Social Sciences (IJASOS) and Journal of Educational Sciences and Research (JESAR).
Dr Khuan Wai Bing is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Management and Economics in Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris. She completed her Phd at Universiti Putra Malaysia specializing in Extension Education. Her research interest is in the area of leadership, educational management, human resource development, and adult learning. She actively focuses on qualitative and mixed method research.
Three research workshops will be conducted in conjunction with this Seminar. Participants are free to choose which workshop they want to attend, and the best thing is that there is NO additional fee.

All accepted papers for oral presentation will be compiled into our seminar proceeding (CD, with ISBN).
Dr. Siti Asma’ Binti Mohd Rosdi @ Mohd Rodhi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Economics at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). She completed her PhD at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) specialising in Entrepreneurial Intention. Her areas of research, publication, and supervision interests include entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial ecosystem in small and medium industries, management and organizational behaviour. She has 10 years of experience as a research officer and managing various research projects especially in entrepreneurial ecosystem and education. Her scholarly contributions include publications in book chapters and international journals, as well as international conferences papers. She has appointed as journal reviewer in International Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development. Currently, she actively involved in mushroom cultivation project with the rural community.
